PLEASE NOTE
The Concordia University Library provides many services to its patrons. Certain services are reserved for Concordia University faculty and currently registered CU students. Services followed by (ID) require a Concordia University ID card.

Reference Help
CUI Librarians are available to help you every hour the library is open. You may also ask reference questions via e-mail by sending a message to librarian@cui.edu.
Course Reserves (ID)
The CUI Library's Reserve Desk is located behind the Circulation Desk. These materials are made available by the faculty for short term use by their students. The purpose of placing material on reserve is to ensure its availability to a large number of students in a short period of time. At CUI, there are four types of reserve: library use only, 3 hour, overnight, and 7 day. The library staff cannot change the type of reserve without written permission from the faculty member.
You will need your ID to check out these materials. Reserve materials may be searched in the online catalog. Click the Reserve Desk button. Searching is available by the instructor's name, course name, or course number.
Research Stations
There are six computer research stations located on the main level of the library. These machines are available for patron use on a first come-first serve basis. While the machines have Internet access, patrons are not permitted to access email or use chat software. The machines do not have word processing software. Any student who needs to type a paper or check their email may do so in one of the campus computer labs located in the Student Success Center, the Center for Student Leadership and Development Center, or the either of the dorm (Rho and Sigma) labs.
